Live Edge Cottonwood Burl Glass River Table

This is a one of a kind, hand crafted glass river dining table. Specifically made using a cottonwood burl slab sourced from the American west coast.

However, in the past cottonwood would typically not be considered for furniture use. Since it has so much incredible figure the species has recently become more popular with live edge furniture makers. Previously, in the past this slab would have been use for firewood or mulch, which gives it an individualized story on its own. 

In addition, the base is also custom built by our team in house. It's constructed using tube steel and finished with a matte black powder coat. The table also has a secret hidden spine, that we hand route into each slab to add rigidity and strength without takIng away from the look. In conclusion, it makes this glass river dining table look like it is floating on its legs.
